Анотація
У науковій статі досліджено стан та визначено основні напрямки підвищення конкурентоспроможності
функціонування вітчизняного ринку молока та молочних продуктів в умовах євроінтеграційних процесів, систематизовано
теоретичні підходи до трактування «конкурентоспроможності» та надано її авторське тлумачення, обґрунтовано основні
критерії оцінки конкурентоспроможності підприємства, наведено алгоритм розрахунку коефіцієнта конкурентоспроможності
за методом ефективної конкуренції. Проведено аналіз рівня та розглянуто процес економетричного моделювання
конкурентоспроможності двох молокопереробних підприємств, що дозволяє оцінити вплив окремих факторів (витрат на
гривню продукції, коефіцієнтів автономії та рентабельності продаж) на зміну досліджуваного показника та здійснити
прогнозування рівня конкурентоспроможності на підприємстві з переробки молока.
The purpose of this article is to study the status, analysis and modeling of increasing the competitiveness of the dairy processing enterprise by means of economic and mathematical modelling for its further forecasting. The article analyzes the state and determines the main directions of increasing the competitiveness of the functioning of the domestic milk and dairy products market in the conditions of European integration processes, systematizes theoretical approaches to the interpretation of "competitiveness" and provides its author's interpretation, substantiates the main criteria for assessing the competitiveness of the enterprise and provides an algorithm for calculating the competitiveness coefficient for the method of effective competition. The level analysis was carried out and the process of econometric modelling of the competitiveness of two milk processing enterprises was considered, which allows to evaluate the influence of individual factors (cost of hryvnia production, autonomy coefficients and profitability of sales) on the change of the investigated indicator and to make forecasts of the competitiveness level at the milk processing enterprise.
