dc.description.abstractВ статті проведено дослідження існуючих методик оцінки інвестиційної привабливості, здійснено їх аналіз, систематизацію та узагальнення. Крім того у розрізі авторів та методик проведено групування показників за вказаними напрямами, показано їх переваги та недоліки. За напрямами досліджень інвестиційної привабливості виокремлено спільні й відмінні ознаки запропонованих груп показників, та обґрунтовано позитивні та негативні їх характеристики.uk_UA
dc.description.abstractTopical problems the existing methods of evaluation of investment attractiveness their analysis, systematization and generalization have been researched in the article. Also, in terms of authors and methods, grouping parameters accord in gap pointed areas and their advantages, disadvantages have been determined. According to the research areas of investment attractiveness common and different features of the proposed groups of indicators were singled and their positive and negative characteristics were grounded. The author also viewed blocks algorithm methods of calculation of an integrate devaluation of investment attractiveness and determined their sequence according to the areas of evaluation. Particular attention is paid to the main aspects of in-depth analysis of the financial and economic station of enterprises, organizations their strengths and weaknesses. It is determined that the most common groups of indicators which are offered in all considered methods is the group of indicators of property status, financial stability, liquidity, profitability and business (market) activity. The author highlights the prospects of further research in accordance with the requirements of time.uk_UA
