В статті розглянуто існуючі підходи до оцінки інвестиційної привабливості підприємства. Окреслено основні
спрямування існуючих досліджень. Розглянуто існуючі методики оцінки інвестиційної привабливості. Визначено переваги,
недоліки та перспективи використання методик оцінки у розрізі дослідників. Розкрито показники (ознаки і характеристика)
оцінки інвестиційної привабливості у розрізі дослідників, відповідно до завдань аналізу. Узагальнено напрями формування
ознак та характеристик інвестиційної діяльності відповідно до оціночних показників.
The purpose of the article is to summarize existing methods of assessing investment attractiveness. Outlining important aspects, features and characteristics of the level of investment attractiveness in accordance with the needs of economic analysis. The article deals with the existing theoretical approaches to assessing the investment attractiveness of an enterprise. The main directions of the existing research are outlined. Investment attractiveness is presented as a complex of various factors. Defined as a system set of potential opportunities. Described as a set of economic and psychological characteristics of financial and economic activity of the enterprise. It is presented as an integral characteristic of individual enterprises as objects of future investment. It is considered from the perspective of the prospects of development of production. Reproduced as a set of factors and characteristics. Marked as a set of indicators that characterize the effectiveness of operation. Existing methods of estimation of investment attractiveness are investigated. The advantages of using evaluation methods in the context of researchers are determined. The disadvantages of the existing methods of estimation of investment attractiveness are outlined. Prospects for the use of assessment methods have been formed. The directions of formation of features and characteristics of investment attractiveness according to indicators are generalized. The features of evaluation of investment attractiveness in the context of researchers are revealed. The characteristics of estimation of investment attractiveness according to the tasks of analysis are determined. The proposed areas will enable a comprehensive analysis of the financial statements. The characteristics outlined will allow for the analysis of operational threats and risks. The identified features will allow for a comprehensive analysis of the effectiveness and efficiency of operation.
