dc.description.abstractОбґрунтовано узагальнену циклічну структуру управлінського механізму. Охарактеризовано схему взаємозв’язку процесів у циклічному механізмі регулювання соціально-трудових відносин для підвищення якості життя населення ОТГ за ключовими процесами виявлення проблем, прийняття рішень та реалізації рішень. Наведено характеристику суб’єктів вказаних процесів, методів, способів, інструментів, критеріїв та етапів їх проходження. Сформовано перелік базових характеристик проблем, що підлягають вирішенню в рамках функціонування механізму регулювання СТВ у підвищенні якості життя населення громади за встановленими п’ятьма класифікаційними групами.uk_UA
dc.description.abstractSocio-labor relations as a component of the united territorial community social and labor sphere have a direct impact on the socio-economic development of UTC, its demographic processes, formation of financial resources, environmental protection, etc. Hence, the problems in the socio-labor sphere, the negative situation in the areas of production systems socio-labor relation, operating in the community, are inevitable factors of trouble in the socio-economic sphere of UTC. Thus, the regulation of social and labor relations is a necessary element of ensuring the united territorial community sustainable development and improving the quality of life in it. The purpose of the study is to characterize the functional processes in the mechanisms of UTC social and labor relations regulation in improving the quality of life and the relationship between them In the article substantiated the generalized cyclic structure of the management mechanism. Characterized the scheme of interconnection between processes in the cyclic mechanism of united territorial communities social and labor relations regulation in improving the quality of life on key processes of problems identification, decision-making and decision-realization. Given the characteristics of the subjects of these processes, methods, tools, criteria and stages of their passage. Has been formed a list of basic characteristics of the problems to be solved within the framework of the social-labor relations regulation mechanism in improving the quality of life according to the established five classification groups.uk_UA
