Анотація
У статті розглянуто роль і значення інтелектуального капіталу в сучасних трансформаційних процесах розвитку
економіки. Визначено, що інтелектуальний капітал надає сучасному підприємству вагомі конкурентні переваги на ринку.
Встановлено, що структура інтелектуального капіталу включає в себе наступні елементи: людський капітал, структурний
капітал та споживчий капітал. Досліджено методи оцінки ефективності інтелектуального капіталу компанії та окреслені їх
основні недоліки. Виявлено, що впровадженням системи управління інтелектуальним капіталом є створення інформаційно-
аналітичної бази для вирішення практичних питань стратегічного розвитку підприємства.
The paper analyzes the importance and role of intellectual capital and its interpretation in the writings of foreign and domestic scientists. We believe that intellectual capital is an employees’ knowledge, skills and experience, that has a direct impact on the development of enterprise, provide its economic stability and competitiveness. Determined that the intellectual capital of the company today provides important competitive advantages in the market is established that the structure of intellectual capital includes the following elements: human capital, structural capital and consumer capital. It was found that the structure of intellectual capital includes the following elements: human capital, structural capital and commodity capital. Therefore, it is proposed to consider the economic category of "intellectual capital" as non-financial assets. The methods of evaluating the effectiveness of intellectual capital were researched, and their main disadvantages were outlined. It was revealed that the implementation of the management of intellectual capital system is to create information-analytical framework for solving the practical issues of strategic corporate development.
