dc.description.abstractВ статті викладено сутність, проблеми управління сталим розвитком України крізь призму умов війни. Проаналізовані різні підходи до визначення поняття сталого розвитку і зазначено, що всі вони містять спільну ідею про те, що сталий розвиток передбачає задоволення потреб нинішнього покоління і, у той же час, враховує потреби та інтереси майбутніх поколінь, а також спрямований на гармонійне поєднання соціального, економічного та екологічного аспектів, задля забезпечення збалансованого зростання. Досліджено вихідні позиції забезпечення цілей сталого розвитку в Україні на момент початку війни та порівняно з цими позиціями проаналізовано перетворення у концептуальному сприйнятті їх досягнення на сьогодні. Зазначено, що в рамках сьогоднішніх подій в Україні, світовій спільноті доводиться переосмислити глобальні цілі сталого розвитку, а саме сконцентрувати свою увагу на соціально-економічній складовій процесу розвитку. Визначено, що руйнівні наслідки війни з росією виявилися критичними для майже всіх внутрішньоекономічних показників, що зумовило за принципом доміно реакцію дисбалансу усіх макроекономічних показників не тільки в Україні, але і в інших країнах світу. Зазначено, що на національному та регіональному рівнях війна в Україні створила серйозні перешкоди для досягнення таких цілей сталого розвитку, як подолання бідності, голоду; можливість здобуття якісної освіти; надання якісних послуг у сфері охорони здоров’я; досягнення благополуччя; надання доступу до чистої питної води та енергоресурсів тощо. Переосмислена концепція забезпечення сталого розвитку України під впливом військових дій повинна стати орієнтиром на в процесі швидкої відбудови критичної соціальної та економічної інфраструктури та забезпечити основу для середньострокових та довгострокових зусиль щодо відновлення і розвитку країни, а також виконання вимог для приєднання до ЄСuk_UA
dc.description.abstractThe article outlines the essence and problems of managing Ukraine's sustainable development through the lens of wartime conditions. Different approaches to defining the concept of sustainable development are analyzed and it is noted that they all contain the common idea that sustainable development involves meeting the needs of the current generation and, at the same time, takes into account the needs and interests of future generations, and is also aimed at a harmonious combination of social, economic and environmental aspects, in order to ensure balanced growth. The original positions of ensuring the goals of sustainable development in Ukraine at the time of the beginning of the war were studied, and compared to these positions, the transformation in the conceptual perception of their achievement today was analyzed. It was noted that within the framework of today's events in Ukraine, the world community has to rethink the global goals of sustainable development, namely to focus its attention on the socio-economic component of the development process. It was determined that the devastating consequences of the war with Russia were critical for almost all domestic economic indicators, which led to a domino reaction of the imbalance of all macroeconomic indicators not only in Ukraine, but also in other countries of the world. It was noted that at the national and regional levels, the war in Ukraine created serious obstacles to achieving such goals of sustainable development as overcoming poverty and hunger; the possibility of obtaining a quality education; provision of quality services in the field of health care; achieving well-being; providing access to clean drinking water and energy resources, etc. The rethought concept of ensuring the sustainable development of Ukraine under the influence of military actions should become a reference point in the process of rapid reconstruction of critical social and economic infrastructure and provide a basis for medium- and long-term efforts to restore and develop the country, as well as fulfill the requirements for joining the EUuk_UA
