Анотація
У статті розглянуто інституційні основи банкрутства та роботи з проблемними банками. Узагальнено підходи до визначення структури і складових інституційного забезпечення механізму банківського нагляду. Акцентовано увагу на інституційних засадах Фонду гарантування вкладів фізичних осіб у процесі роботи з проблемними (неплатоспроможними) банками.
The article examines the institutional framework of bankruptcy and work with troubled banks. Generalized approaches to determining the structure and components of institutional support mechanism for banking supervision. Attention is focused on institutional grounds Guarantee Fund of individuals in the process of problem (insolvent) banks.

The scientific sources have been analyzed and system of institutions for banking supervision that consists of institutional rules and institutional structure have been defined. We have established that institutional structure of Deposit Insurance Fund that is an institutional body that has a right to introduce temporary administration and initiate the liquidation procedure has an effect on the working process with problematic banks. The importance of National Bank of Ukraine and Deposit Insurance Fund in the working process with problematic banks has been shown.
