Анотація
Здійснення операційної діяльності промислових підприємств пов’язане з багаточисельними ризи-
ками. Обґрунтовано необхідність використання класифікації ризиків на етапі їх ідентифікації. За допомо-
гою класифікації показано зв’язок між операційними та виробничими ризиками, а також важливу складову
виробничого ризику – виробничий процес. Запропоновано класифікацію ризиків операційної діяльності про-
мислового підприємства, що є передумовою використання відповідних методів управління ними.
Operating activity of an industrial enterprise is subject to numerous risks. The necessity to classify the risks at the stage of their identification is substantiated in the article. Using classification shows the relationshipbetween the operationaland production risks, as well as an important component of production risk is the production process. The author introduces a typology of risks operating activity of an industrial enterprise, which proves to be the ground for the choice of corresponding risk management techniques.
