Анотація
У статті розглядаються проблеми цільового планування. Доведено, що за умов багатопродуктового
виробництва недоцільно цільове планування прибутку і собівартості за видами продукції. Пропонується в цих
умовах цільове планування цін, прямих витрат, маржинального прибутку і коефіцієнта маржинального прибутку.
The problems of targeted planning are considered. The analysis of foreign and domestic author’s proceedings showed that their recommendations could not be used for multiproduct production. It is proved that in the conditions of multiproduct production it is inappropriate to target the planning of profit and production costs by types of products. It is offered to make targeted planning of prices, direct costs, marginal profits and a marginal profit ratio on the basis of the distribution of fixed costs in proportion to the marginal profit, which provides flexible planning opportunities for the enterprise.
