Анотація
У статті розглянуто світовий досвід у сфері недержавного пенсійного страхування, ефективне використання якого
сприятиме позитивному економічному ефекту та розв’язанню проблеми зростаючого навантаження на бюджет під впливом
економічних та демографічних чинників.
Purpose of this article is to study the characteristics of the operation of private pension schemes in other countries and identify opportunities for the application of international experience in Ukraine. Main features of pension abroad is: coexistence of public and private pension systems that complement each other and provide an adequate level of benefits to citizens after retirement; control over the activities of non-state pension funds from the state; at voluntary investing its own funds in private pension funds in most of the established tax incentives; low rates of asset management for management companies. When creating a funded system should be possible to push the boundaries of investing in foreign financial assets. Pension funds that serve the storage level to be chosen on a competitive basis. Increasing public confidence will also help publicizing the real owners of pension funds and other financial intermediaries.
