Анотація
На основі чинного законодавства та тенденцій розробки стратегій запропоновано формувати соціальну політику в
Україні, спрямовану на євроінтеграційний розвиток.
In the socio-economic system of Ukrainian society the growing trends of integration into the European Economic Area are observed. Obviously, this is an objective process, because Ukraine is a Central and Eastern Europe’s country and cannot stay aside an integration transformation that constantly occurs. Greatest relevance they acquire in connection with the political situation and a difficult period in the national economy that caused: decline in living standards: reduction of income and expenditure, threatening the pension fund deficit, inflation, increasing unemployment and more. During this period it is necessary to identify priority areas providing needs and interests of citizens by the main social problems observed in other developed countries and develop a strategy for the formation of social policy in the context of European integration. Suggested the strategy of social policy for Ukraine, based on current legislation and trends of country’s development. This strategy aimed at European integration development. While the needs and interests of citizens in terms of European integration of Ukraine it is necessary to identify the main priorities that will ensure improvement of living conditions. Grounded expediency of creation an effective regulatory framework ways of financial relations, control over the accuracy of the use of different types, forms and methods of social and labour relations for the greatest social impact in that process. Obligatory condition must be compliance with national interests and rapid economic and social development of Ukrainian society.
