Наведені пам’ятні дати історії кафедри технології і конструювання швейних виробів. Представлені
складові конкурентоздатності освітніх технологій кафедри на основі єдності теорії і практики в організації
навчального процесу.
The chronology of memorable dates and events of educational and scientific activity of the department of technology and design of garments was developed. High quality of the educational process in accordance with the requirements of the garment industry is confirmed. The qualitative level of the faculty members and the development of the material and technical base for the 50 years of the department's history are analysed. The directions of application of alternative training technologies based on the introduction of Internet resources and automated design systems are shown. Modern methodological support of educational activity has been created. The introduction of innovative equipment in technological laboratories to provide a high level of practical training is shown. Publication activity of faculty members as well as their participation in conferences is presented. The department's compliance with the educational programs of the specialty 182 - Light industry technologies by educational levels of bachelor's and master's degrees is confirmed. The effectiveness of training of educational specialists through postgraduate and doctoral studies is confirmed. Students' creative potential is embodied through the recognition of their clothing collections at various clothing design contests.
