Анотація
Економічна ситуація в Україні в сучасний період не сприяє формуванню конкурентоспроможних суб'єктів
господарювання і створенню розвиненого конкурентного середовища у вітчизняній економіці. Особливо це позначилося на
збутовій політиці будівельних підприємств, адаптація якої до мінливих умов внутрішнього і зовнішнього середовища є
основою її ефективності. Суттєве значення при цьому має те, що в нових умовах виробники повинні самі організовувати
процес збуту своєї продукції, використовуючи сучасні методи управління даним процесом.
The economic situation in Ukraine in the current period doesn't assist the formation of competitive entities and creation of developed competition in the domestic economy. This especially affected the distribution policy of building companies, which adaptation to changing conditions of internal and external environment is the basis of its efficiency. Thus the most important is that in new conditions, producers should organize themselves the process of marketing their products using modern methods of management of this process.
