Анотація
У статті розглянуто науково-методичні підходи до поняття «адаптація» та «адаптивне управління підприємством».
Визначено, що під час побудови адаптивних механізмів управління підприємством необхідним є забезпечення підвищення
конкурентоспроможності продукції, особливо під час активізації євроінтеграційних процесів. Охарактеризовано адаптаційні
заходи у механізмі управління підприємством, роль адаптивного інноваційного управління та значення застосування
системного підходу в управлінні промисловим підприємством. Досліджено види адаптивних механізмів в системі
менеджменту господарюючого суб'єкта та адаптивний інструментарій, принципи, за якими відбувається функціонування
системи. Зроблено висновок про те, що підприємства, розробляючи та впроваджуючи власний механізм управління
діяльністю, мають сформувати адаптивну модель системи менеджменту, що враховуватиме особливості їх господарювання.
The article deals with the scientific-methodical approaches to the concept of adaptation and adaptive enterprise management. Taking into account that market relations presuppose the changing environment of competition, the ultimate goal of adapting the enterprise in a market economy - the victory in the competition for the consumer, for the markets as a logical result of its integrated efforts to implement the organizational and economic system of adaptation and timely increase of competitiveness - is the main adaptation factor in a competitive environment. It is determined that in developing adaptive mechanisms of enterprise management it is necessary to ensure the increase of the competitiveness of products especially during the strengthening of European integration processes. The success of entrepreneurial activity in the current market conditions is determined by the ability of enterprises to ensure the competitiveness of products in accessible market markets. The adaptation measures in the enterprise management mechanism are presented. Which is the optimization of the level of risk decision making and manoeuvring resource support; use of economic-mathematical methods and diagnostic models that increase the efficiency of making managerial decisions; ensuring the flexibility of goals and strategies of enterprise development due to processes of passive and active adaptation, etc. The role of adaptive innovation management and the importance of applying a system approach in the management of industrial enterprises is described. The types of adaptive mechanisms in the management system of the business entity and the adaptive tools used by the enterprise management mechanisms and the corresponding principles on which the functioning of the system is taking place are studied. The construction of an economic mechanism for adapting the enterprise to a competitive environment, subject to the strengthening of European integration processes, should envisage different ways of introducing adaptation processes that differ significantly in their properties. It is concluded that enterprises, developing and implementing their own mechanism of management of economic activities, should form an adaptive model of the management system that will allow them to respond in time to external changes of functioning and to make effective management decisions.
