Анотація
У статті досліджено сутність понять «аутсорсинг» та «логістичний аутсорсинг», розглянуто його види. Проведено
порівняльний аналіз досвіду операторів у сфері логістичного аутсорсингу в Україні та Європі. Наведено основні етапи
розвитку світового логістичного аутсорсингу. Охарактеризовано схеми організації логістичних послуг. Виділено чинники
привабливості та чинники, які перешкоджають розвитку ринку логістичного аутсорсингу в Україні. Виокремлено основні
переваги, ризики і недоліки використання аутсорсингу. Сформовано схему прийняття рішення щодо доцільності реалізації
логістичного аутсорсингу.
The aim of the article is to analyze the main trends and prospects for the development of logistics outsourcing in Ukraine and European countries. The article explores the essence of the concepts of «outsourcing» and «logistics outsourcing». Among the types of outsourcing are: production outsourcing; IT outsourcing; business process outsourcing; knowledge management outsourcing. Types of outsourcing in logistics include: full outsourcing; partial outsourcing; transformational outsourcing; outsourcing of joint ventures; business process outsourcing. It is established that the globalization of the world economy has become the basis for the formation of the global market for outsourcing services, which makes it possible to study this phenomenon at different levels - both at the individual enterprise level and at the global level. A comparative analysis of the experience of operators in the field of logistics outsourcing in Ukraine and Europe. It is noted that a significant problem is the small experience of Ukrainian outsourcers and therefore a worse understanding of the processes specific to this industry, compared to operators operating in Western Europe. The main stages of development of global logistics outsourcing are given. Schemes of the organization of logistic services are allocated. Factors of attractiveness and factors that hinder the development of the logistics outsourcing market in Ukraine are highlighted. The main advantages, risks and disadvantages of using outsourcing are highlighted. The scheme of decision-making on expediency of realization of logistic outsourcing is formed. The use of logistics outsourcing helps companies solve problems of operation and development in market conditions by reducing logistics costs, accelerating adaptation to environmental conditions, improving the quality of products and services, reducing risks, as it simplifies the organizational structure and organizational procedures, optimizes logistics costs. and improve economic performance, increase manoeuvrability due to the use of unleashed potential, focus on strategic issues.
