dc.description.abstractСтаття присвячена дослідженню особливостей функціонування депозитного ринку України у 2015–2018 роках. Здійснено комплексний аналіз динаміки структури депозитного портфелю банків України. Висвітлено динаміку ставок за депозитними вкладами в розрізі суб'єктів, валют та строків. Сформовано основні важелі депозитної політики банків, що впливають на поведінку та довіру вкладників до банківської системи в цілому. Також надані основні рейтинги банків за різними критеріями. Проаналізовано особливості діяльності Фонду гарантування вкладів фізичних осіб в Україні та здійснено порівняльний аналіз зі світовим досвідом. Досліджено вплив діяльності ФГВФО на рівень довіри населення до банків. Отримані результати проведеного дослідження дозволили визначити основні проблеми та окреслити шляхи і пропозицій щодо вдосконалення депозитної політики й оптимізації обсягів депозитних ресурсів банків Україниuk_UA
dc.description.abstractThe article analyses the main current trends and prospects for the development of the deposit market in Ukraine. The structure of the deposit banking sector of the financial market of Ukraine is characterized. The dynamics of changes in rates on deposits has been highlighted. Information is provided in terms of subjects, currencies and terms. The main instruments of the deposit policy which influence the behaviour and trust of depositors in the banking system as a whole have been revealed. The main bank ratings according to various criteria were presented. Features of the Deposit Guarantee Fund in Ukraine have been analysed and a comparative analysis of its approaches with international experience. The level of influence DGF on the level of trust in commercial banks. The results of the conducted research allowed to determine the main problems, ways and proposals for improving the deposit policy and optimizing the volume of deposit resources of Ukrainian banks. The analysis can be used to create a mechanism for attracting public funds by banking institutions. The directions of increase of deposit resources of banks are given. The basis for the formation of sufficient volumes and structure of the deposit portfolio is the implementation of effective deposit policy, which is extremely important for banking institutions at the present stage of development, as it promotes improvement of banking activity in the process of attraction of funds as an investment resource. The results of the conducted research show a positive dynamics in the organization of deposit activity of Ukrainian banks. The volume of the deposit portfolio of banks in recent years has increased, which indicates a gradual restoration of confidence of customers-depositors in the banking system. However, the negative influence of external factors has led to a narrowing of the wide range of deposit programs in recent years, lowering deposit rates, which may negatively affect the formation of a resource base of banks in the future.uk_UA
