dc.description.abstractAbstract In the article the analysis of existing computer systems in the field of construction and architecture was given. The necessity to develop new systems or to improve existing one was grounded. The definitions of complex, combined, integrated and synergetic technologies were provided in this article. The analysis of existing computer systems and complexes in the field of construction and architecture on the usage of these technologies in them was performed. The requirement to develop new software products or modules to existing CAD systems on the basis of integrated technologies’ structure was proved. A general pattern of the integrated construction and architecture technologies’ structure was carried out. The necessity to develop new software products or modules to existing CAD systems in order to ensure full compliance with the structure of integrated technologies in the field of construction and architecture under the BIM approach was determined basing on the studies of existing CAD systems’ structure and construction technologies.uk_UA
