Анотація
Стаття присвячена актуальним питанням вдосконалення корпоративного управління в промислових холдингах, які передбачають делегування відповідальності за прийняття і реалізацію корпоративних рішень бізнес-одиницям. Проаналізовано та систематизовано основні елементи корпоративної моделі. Розглянуто світовий досвід формування систем корпоративного управління. Запропоновано підходи до формування системи корпоративного управління в процесі ринкових перетворень в Україні.
The article is devoted to the actual issues of improvement of corporate management in industrial holdings, which provide the delegation of responsibility for the adoption and implementation of corporate decisions to business units. The basic elements of the corporate model are analyzed and systematized. The world experience of forming corpo - rate management systems is considered. Approaches to the formation of the corporate management system in the process of market transformation in Ukraine are offered.
