dc.description.abstractУ статті розглянуто сутність поняття «професійне навчання персоналу» як вітчизняними, так і зарубіжними науковцями. Визначено три види навчання персоналу: підготовка кадрів; підвищення кваліфікації кадрів; перепідготовка кадрів. Представлено принципи професійного навчання та розвитку персоналу в організації. Проаналізовано методи професійного навчання працівників. Досліджено міжнародний досвід розвинених країн щодо професійного навчання персоналу. Запропоновано основні напрями подальшого розвитку професійного навчання персоналу підприємств.uk_UA
dc.description.abstractThe purpose of the article is to study the essence of the concept of «professional training» by domestic and foreign scholars, the definition of types and modern methods of vocational training, consideration of the world experience of professional training of personnel and determination of problems and directions of development of vocational training of personnel of enterprises under the conditions of European integration. The article deals with the concept of professional training of staff both domestic and foreign scientists. There are three types of personnel training: personnel training; professional development of personnel; retraining of personnel. Principles of professional training and development of personnel in the organization are presented: efficiency and scientific knowledge; perspective; profitability; optimality and sufficiency; consistency; specialization; continuity. The methods of professional training of employees are analysed: traditional, active and methods of training in the workplace. The stages of organization of professional training are identified: the identification of the need for employee training; development of a training plan; implementation of the training plan; assessment of learning effectiveness. The international experience of developed countries concerning professional training of the personnel is researched. The basic directions of further development of professional training of the personnel of the enterprises are offered. Thus. in the context of accelerating European integration processes, vocational training is a necessary component of the development and improvement of the labour potential of enterprises. Professional training of the personnel allows to solve the main tasks both in the interests of the organization - increasing the efficiency and quality of work, and in the interests of man - raising the standard of living, creating opportunities for the realization of their abilities.uk_UA
