Personnel security of a hotel and restaurant enterprise is a set of measures and tools to ensure information, regulatory, organizational and legal management of the hotel and restaurant company, aimed at preserving, strengthening and developing human resources, addressing the organization of the enterprise and improving its economic development. The human resources potential of the hotel and restaurant business is a set of employees of different professional and qualification groups engaged in the production of various types of services included in the list of enterprises. The personnel potential of the hotel and restaurant business enterprises has quantitative, qualitative and structural characteristics, which are characterized by absolute and relative indicators. The set of these indicators gives an idea of the quantitative, qualitative and structural state of personnel and trends in its changes.
