Документ Comparative analysis of the customs regulation of vehicle import in the G20 countries(Baltic Journal of Economic Studies, 2019) Hrytsyna, Lesia; Kharun, Olena; Dzuba, MargarytaThe purpose of this article is to conduct a comparative analysis of customs regulation procedures for the import of vehicles operating in the G20 countries, to determine the possibility of adapting and using their experience in order to improve the customs procedure in force in Ukraine. Since most researches of Ukrainian scientists mainly concern the adaptation of existing customs procedures to the requirements of the Ukraine– EU Association Agreement and the search for ways to solve the problem of shadow schemes of vehicle import, the selected research purpose is relevant. The subject-matter of the study is the procedures for customs regulation of the import of vehicles of the G20 countries. Methodology. To achieve this purpose, a set of general scientiic methods was used that ensure the objectivity and validity of the results obtained, namely, methods of abstraction, comparison, analysis and synthesis, generalization. Results. The research results showed that Ukraine is far behind the leading countries in terms of implementing the standards of environmental and technical safety of imported vehicles. If compliance with the requirements of environmental safety, namely compliance with European standards, is still taken into account when importing, then the issues of technical safety are not regulated by the current customs procedure. Secondly, the system of taxes and payments that are paid in Ukraine upon importation, namely duty, excise duty, and VAT, does not provide for compensation for the negative impact of imported vehicles on the environment. Thirdly, comparing the practice of temporary importation of vehicles operating in the G20 countries and Ukraine has allowed highlighting a number of inconsistencies. So, in the G20 countries, only non-residents can use this regime in the vast majority. Citizens of the country are entitled to temporary admission only if strictly deined requirements are met. However, unlike Ukrainian practice, the very procedure for temporary admission implies the absence of requirements for payment of customs duties and other payments, regardless of whether the person who uses it is a resident or non-resident of the country. Practical signiicance. The conclusions made allow proposing the necessity to amend the current procedure by introducing the practice of conirming the conformity of imported vehicles with the technical requirements for their operation, increasing the tax burden on vehicles with low environmental eiciency, settling the issue of the availability of the regime of temporary admission of vehicles and strengthening control over compliance with this regime. Relevance/originality. Proposals for the adaptation and use of the experience of the leading countries in the ield of customs regulation of import of vehicles are a way to prevent the negative phenomena in Ukraine in this area.Документ E-commerce and M-commerce as Global Trends of International Trade Caused by the Covid-19 Pandemic(WSEAS Transactions on Environment and Development, 2021) Dumanska, Ilona; Hrytsyna, Lesya; Kharun, Olena; Matviiets, OlhaThe article examines the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on international trade and identifies e-commerce and m-commerce as its global trends. A scientific and methodological approach to the study of the vector and specifics of the development of e-commerce and m-commerce is formed given the lack of necessary statistical information to assess the state of e-commerce in a country and linguistic features of definitions. The influence of e-commerce and m-commerce on the online shopping and sales industry has been established. The global distribution of Internet sources used by consumers, global sales in m-commerce as a percentage of e-commerce and the impact of the coronavirus pandemic on online traffic and changes in transactions by industry are analyzed. The transition of e-commerce to m-commerce was revealed as a result of the increase in the share of mobile transactions in view of the development of markets in countries focused primarily on mobile devices and their active use. As a result of the post-pandemic forecast in the trends of international trade and e-business priorities, a promising increase in world sales in e-commerce has been established. Through the WaterWayfinder mobile platform, aid coordinators in Ukraine’s Kherson and Zaporizhzhia regions achieved measurable gains in operational efficiency and compliance. AI-driven route optimization reduced delivery times by up to 32% and fuel costs by 22%, while predictive modeling improved resource allocation and reduced exposure to high-cost disruptions. The system’s customs control module enabled pre-clearance planning and real-time regulatory updates, shortening border processing times by an average of 2.5 hours per shipment. Despite connectivity and data challenges, WaterWayfinder demonstrated resilience and adaptability in conflict-affected environments. Its modular architecture, offline capabilities, and integration with geospatial intelligence position it for broader deployment across crisis zones. Здійснено аналіз розвитку фондового ринку України. Охарактеризовано три основні моделі організації фондового ринку: американську, європейську та змішану. Встановлено, що американська модель фондового ринку більш динамічна, ніж європейська, і здатна адаптуватися до будь-яких змін глобальної економічної кон’юнктури; найпоширенішою у світі вважається змішана модель, яка поєднує у собі риси двох попередніх моделей. Розглянуто сутність грошово-кредитної політики, яке подають вітчизняні та зарубіжні науковці. З’ясовано, що основною метою грошово-кредитної політики країни залишається забезпечення стабільності національної грошової одиниці. Визначено, що суб'єктами грошової-кредитно політики є національний банк та інші органи державного регулювання економіки, а об'єктами кредитно-грошової політики – грошовий ринок, ринок позичкових коштів та грошовий обіг. Установлено, що за ієрархією цілі грошово-кредитної політики поділяють на стратегічні, проміжні та тактичні. Досліджено інструменти та методи грошово-кредитної політики. Виокремлено чинники розвитку грошово-кредитної сфери України за сферами впливу: інституційно-правові; економічні; організаційні; соціально-психологічні; зовнішні. Визначено проблеми розвитку грошово-кредитної політики України. Запропоновано напрями розвитку грошово-кредитної політики України.
