A house is called smart if it has a certain computer or control system for managing engineering equipment. "Smart House" should be designed so that all services can be integrated with each other with minimal costs (in terms of finances, time and effort), and their maintenance would be organized in an optimal way.The "Smart House" system should competently allocate resources, reduce operating costs and provide a clear control and management interface. Such an intelligent system should be able to recognize specific planned and emergency situations occurring in the home and respond to them (make decisions) in accordance with the given program. Therefore, today the urgent task is to recognize the situation and support decision-making in the "Smart House" cyber-physical system.The conducted overview of methods and tools for situation identification and decision-making support in the "Smart House" cyber-physical system showed that: in existing solutions, situation recognition occurs only for one of the groups of the system of managed housing functions or does not occur at all; existing solutions provide decision-making support for only one ofthe groups of the system of managed housing functions or do not provide it at all; the available solutions do not provide for the possibility of assessing the sufficiency of information for decision-making in the "Smart House" cyber-physical system.Therefore, there is a need to develop such methods and tools for situation identification and decision-making support in the "Smart House" cyber-physical system, which would: perform situation recognition for all 5 groups of the system of managed housing functions; provide the decision-making support for all 5 groups of the system of managed housing functions; perform an assessment of the sufficiency of information for making all decisions in the "Smart House" cyber-physical system, which will be the focus of the authors' further efforts.Документ Choosing scrum or kanban methodology for project management in it companies(Хмельницький національний університет, 2022) Zasornova, I.; Lysenko, S.; Zasornov, O.Taking into account the conditions of the functioning of modern business, it is necessary to take into account the constant changes that occur in the process of developing projects in IT companies. Therefore, when creating projects, there is a need for a well-founded choice of project management methodologies, which will allow to quickly solve problemsthat arise in the process of their creation and will provide an opportunity to ensure high efficiency of project-oriented activities of companies. The conducted analysis of the methodologies showed that today there are a sufficient number of them, among which there are rigid and flexible ones. Among the hard methodologies, as Waterfall model, V-model, Incremental model, Spiral model, and Iterative model are known. Among flexible methodologies, the Agile model, as well as Scrum and Kanban are most often used. The following flexible methodologies are also known: Lean, eXtreme Programming (XP), Rational Unified Process (RUP), Dynamic Systems Development Model (DSDM), Rapid Application Development (RAD), and Extreme Programming (XP).It has been determined that most researchers prove in their studies that agile methodologies are more widespread nowadays and are better adapted to the conditions of rapid changes in projects. The only exceptions are those methodologies that apply to certain industries, such as medical, aviation, and others. Such fields involve the use of only brutal methodologies.The article examines the modern Agile approach to project management, its difference from the traditional approach of the rigid Waterfall methodology or others; the scopeof application of Agile; a short story; the advantages and disadvantages of implementation and its use.The article provides a comparative analysis of the most popular today's flexible Scrum and Kanban methodologies. The roles that are indicated in projects in Scrum and Kanban are considered. The events performed by the teams are also analyzed in more detail.The article elaborates a block diagram for a justified choice of Scrum or Kanban methodology. Healthcare information stored in the blockchain can change the way clinical information is stored, as wellas how information is shared in the organization, with healthcare partners,payers and, most importantly, patients. Blockchain decentralizes medical information by increasing the availability, efficiency, transparency, and credibility of data, but also requires careful planning to maximize the benefits it brings. With the help ofthe blockchain, users can store important medical data, the authenticity of which can be verified if there is a suspicion of forgery. In addition, cryptographic algorithms can be used to ensure the confidentiality of medical data (for example, an attackerwill not be able to read the text if he stole data). Thus, the current challenge is the need to manage medical data based on blockchain technologies.The reputation of the medical institution (as a blockchain miner) is an important indicator, as the blocks are recorded by verified pre-selected validators and are in fact moderators of the system. It is to determine such validators that the value is not the number of tokens, but reputation, ie the blockchain according to a certain algorithm, taking into account the reputation, choosesa validator who will write the next block. Reputation grows with active life in the blockchain ecosystem and interaction with other participants. The better the reputation -the greater the chance of creating the next block. Therefore, the method of assessing the reputation of a medical institution (as a miner of blockchain), which allows to calculate and assess the reputation of a medical institution, was further developed in the article.Experiments on blockchain-based medical data management using the developed method of assessing the reputation of a medical institution (as a blockchain miner) -experiments to assess the reputation of a medical institution (for example, two different family medicine clinics) -as a blockchain miner.Документ Rules and method of supporting the decision-making regarding the possibility of extracorporeal fertilization(Хмельницький національний університет, 2022) Hnatchuk, Ye.; Hovorushchenko, T.Considering the impossibility of applying for the paid services of a lawyer in most medical clinics, the legal correctness of decisions regarding the provision of various medical services can be significantly increased by a decision support system or technology regarding the possibility of providing medical services –atthe expense of providing a conclusion on the possibility or impossibility of providing this or that medical service, taking into account civil legal grounds.The conducted analysis proved that none of the known systems/technologies are intended to support decision-making regarding the possibility of providing the extracorporeal fertilization, taking into account civil legal grounds. Although the use of such cross-disciplinary systems/technologies can significantly increase the correctness of the decision from a legal point of view, protect the doctor and the patient from legal collisions, provide an opportunity for a quick and free check of the presence of all significant conditions from a legal point of view, as well as recommendations for further implementation or non-implementation of extracorporeal fertilization procedures.The article develops rules and method of supporting the decision-making regarding the possibility of extracorporeal fertilization based on the civil legalgrounds, which reflect the peculiarities of decision-making on whether or not to carry out extracorporeal fertilization based on the assessment of the sufficiency of information (compliance with requirements) for such a procedure, ensure adaptation to the specifics of the subject area and is a theoretical basis for the development of a decision-making support system/technology regarding the possibility of providing the extracorporeal fertilization, taking into account civil legal grounds.The developed rules and method ensure: verification of the agreementfor the provision of extracorporeal fertilization services for the fulfillment of all essential conditions for the provision of in vitro fertilization from the point of view of civil legal grounds without the participation of legal experts, which ensures the possibility for medical clinics to comply with the requirements of current civil legislation without paying for the services of hired lawyers; a conclusion on the possibility or impossibility of providing the extracorporeal fertilization from the point of view of the civil legislation of Ukraine.The direction of the authors' future research is the realization of the subsystem of information technology for medical decision-making support taking into account civil legal grounds in the form of web-oriented software based on the developed method of supporting the decision-making regarding the possibility of extracorporeal fertilization taking into account civil legal grounds.Документ Research of methods of seat distribution in public transport(Хмельницький національний університет, 2022) Hnatchuk, Yelyzaveta; Boiko, Anita; Hnatchuk, Alina; Гнатчук, Єлизавета; Бойко, Аніта; Гнатчук, АлінаIn large cities, especially during a pandemic, the problem of allocating seats in transport and building the most successful route is an urgent task. The study of four methods of distribution of seats in public transport. Their advantages and disadvantages are investigated. According to the results of the research, it became clear that the existing methods alone do not allow to effectively solve the problem of distribution of seats in transport, so it is necessary to either improve existing methods or develop new methods. Improving existing methods is possible by either combining several methods into one or adding certain elements that eliminate existing shortcomings or minimize their impact on the effectiveness of the method. According to the results of the research, the method of electronic seat selection has been improved in terms of adding seat weight sensors, which makes it possible to record the number of occupied seats and helps to provide information to passengers using a mobile application for free seats. The evaluation of the characteristics and properties of the system is carried out. The basic principles of work and various possibilities of constructions of voice control of the car are considered. The methods and means of detecting dangers are shown, and the shortcomings and vulnerabilities of the car systems "Android Auto" and "Apple CarPlay" regarding the impact of malicious software based on modern methods of cyberattacks are identified. Preparation for cyber attack by ultrasonic and light commands on car voice control systems is shown. Methods and means for increasing the degree of protection of the voice authentication system of specialized computer systems "Android Auto" and "Apple CarPlay" are proposed. To solve this problem, a hardware and software product of an additional biometric automotive user authentication system was created and developed. The system was created to ensure the reliability of cyber attacks on the voice control system. Therefore, it is necessary to create requirements for a cybersecurity system that could provide more opportunities in the choice of methods in the management of the protection of automated information systems. The task of determining the optimal quality indicators of information resource management systems of automated systems is one of the most important problems in designing integrated information security systems. This is due to the complexity of such systems, the presence of many variable parameters, and the complexity of calculating quality indicators. In addition, the determined quality indicators should not only ensure the optimality of the target function, but also the stability of the protection system in a wide range of external adverse effects. The problem is that the existing methods of calculating integrated quadratic estimates (IQE) do not take into account errors in determining quality indicators, as well as the vector nature of these indicators. The aim of this work is to solve problems (development of algorithms), which are a problem of optimization of stable protection management systems using vector objective functions. Based on the model of information management system protection of information resources in the form of an automatic control system, the method of forming integrated quadratic estimates (IQE) of control error is proposed. This method takes into account the weights of the estimates at the desired installation time and standard transfer functions. Algorithms for calculating IQE according to the modified Katz formula and Ostrom's method for arbitrary order control systems are developed, including vector representation of the objective function of the protection system. In order to conduct a study on the effectiveness of the use of self-organized distributed systems, anomalies in computer systems were identified in relation to the evaluation criteria. Determining the specifics of the application of the system also affects the choice of criteria for evaluating effectiveness. The method of determining the effectiveness of the proposed solutions for the developed self-organized distributed system for detecting anomalies in computer systems has been developed. Software has been developed to ensure the functioning of a self-organized distributed anomaly detection system in computer systems to confirm the feasibility of the proposed solutions. Experimental studies with the developed implementation of a self-organized distributed system for detecting anomalies in computer systems according to the obtained coefficients confirmed the effectiveness of the proposed solutions and the developed distributed system for its operation in the computer network.Документ The methods of ensuring fault tolerance, survivability and protection of information of specialized information technologies under the influence of malicious software(Khmelnytskyi National University, 2022) Stetsiuk, M.; Kashtalian, A.The paper examines the provision of fault tolerance, survivability and protection of IT information on the impact of malicious software and computer attacks. Each method is presented separately by its steps. The states of hardware and software on which the implemented methods are impelled in the corresponding systems are investigated. The common states are singled out and on the basis of them and together with the steps of the methods the synthesis of the method of ensuring fault tolerance, survivability and protection of IT information is carried out. It combines three developed methods. This method is represented by four generalized steps. All representations of the models are made by graphs with weight vertices, which specify either the states or steps of the methods. This representation made it possible to connect common vertices. Some methods of ensuring resilience, survivability and protection of IT information under the influence of malicious software were compared with one integrated method. The artificial neural network (ANN) outputs make it possible assessing the total impact of quality attributes on software quality characteristics.Документ Improvement of digital device for suppression of erroneous request by lateral petals of the antenna of air traffic control systems(Khmelnytskyi National University, 2022) Hovorushchenko, T.; Yanovitskiy, A.This article considers the expansion of the capabilities of digital devices of three-pulse suppression of the request of aircraft responders with side petals in terms of increasing the accuracy of measuring the azimuth of flight of aircraft. In existing devices, the response of aircraft responders is carried out at the time of the boundary crossing by the aircraft of the frequency pattern of the antenna. The directional pattern of the radar systems of the main petal has an angle of 2o-4o in the horizontal plane depending on the type of radar system and the request period of terrestrial radar stations is 500 Hz, and the antenna rotation speed is 10 rpm and the distance between pulses P1 and P3 is 14 μs. The time the aircraft is within the directional pattern of the main petal will be requested 17 times and the same number of responses, which in turn leads to ambiguity in fixing the definition of the aircraft in azimuth, especially over long distances. One of the popular means of providing inclusive access within the city is information systems that are friendly to people with disabilities. The theoretical basis of such systems is the smart city concept, which has been briskly developed recently. It contains the principles of accessibility of public places, institutions, and establishments for people with special needs. In this work, it is analyzed the well-known algorithms for building optimal routes and available information services and mobile applications that solve the problem of visualizing public places and institutions with inclusive access and paving optimal routes to them.Документ Information technology of facial emotion recognition for visual safety surveillance(Khmelnytskyi National University, 2022-04-14) Kalyta, OlegOver the past decades, information safety systems for visual surveillance based on emotion recognition have become vital. In this work, we propose information technology that serves as a means of recognizing emotions for visual surveillance systems that meet safety requirements, particularly for low-resolution video surveillance cameras. The use of information technology means the consistent application of the method of geometric interpretation to extract facial features and the method of hyperplane classification to identify changes in emotional states. The input data of the proposed information technology is a set of videos with detected faces that reproduce primary emotional states on them. Based on the calculated quantitative characteristics of emotional states, emotional states by facial expressions were identified. The proposed information technology’s efficiency and practical significance are proved by its comparison with analogs according to statistical estimates. As such, the proposed approach achieved the classification accuracy of 91% and surpassed the analogs in the F1-norm, scoring 76%. Furthermore, utilizing straightforward mathematical operations in facial geometric feature representation and hyperplane classification within the information technology considerably reduced the computational cost over the analogs.
