    Plane contact problem on the interaction of a pre-stressed strip with an infinite inhomogeneous stringer

    The article is devoted to the study of problems of contact interaction of an infinite elastic inhomogeneous stringer with a prestressed strip clamped along one edge. As a result of the research, we have obtained a resolving system of recurrent systems of integro-differential equations. In general, the studies were carried out for the theory of large initial and various versions of the theory of small initial deformations within the framework of the linearized theory of elasticity with an elastic potential of an arbitrary structure. Integral integer differential equations are obtained using the integral Fourier transform. Their solution is presented in the form of quasiregular infinite systems of algebraic equations. The article also investigates the influence of the initial (residual) stresses in strips on the distribution law of contact stresses along the line of contact with an infinite stringer. The system is solved in a closed form using the Fourier transform. The stress expressions are represented by Fourier integrals with a fairly simple structure. The influence of the initial stress on the distribution of contact stresses has been studied and mechanical effects have been found under the action of concentrated loads.

    Simulation of a thin long rod that does not have critical forces and does not lose stability to Euler

    The paper proposes a method of preventing the loss of Euler stability by thin rods. Such rods do not have critical forces and therefore do not lose stability from longitudinal compressive force. The method is based on a temporary change in the stiffness of the rod-support system, in particular, a change in the length of the rod between the supports when approaching the value of critical forces, and after passing the return to the previous value. The results of simulation modeling of the rod behavior are presented, which confirm the possibility to eliminate the loss of its stability with increasing compressive force to the maximum allowable value, which is determined from the condition of strength.

    It has been proposed to use the triboelement method to improve the elements of information technology CAD / CAM /CAE - tribological systems. The method uses a unified mathematical apparatus and a methodological approach in modeling wear of various types of friction units and takes into account the requirements for the mathematical support of CAD/ CAM / CAE systems. The mathematical support of information technology and the generalized algorithm for the interaction of the wear calculation module with the elements of CAD/ CAM/ CAE - systems have undergone sufficient testing through the implementation of software and verification of the calculation results.

    Adsorptive regeneration of used industrial oils

    The feasibility of using a pre - regenerated mixture of sorbents consisting of activated charcoal and kieselguhr for the regeneration of used indu strial oils ha s been investigated. The basic physico - chemical properties of regenerated industrial oil have been established, which indicates the efficiency and manufacturability of the purification method and the possibility of its reuse for the intended purpose.

    Determinative ratios of a rheological model of a discrete medium with a variable angle of internal friction

    The article deals with determining ratios of a rheological model of a discrete medium with a variable angle of internal friction, which reflect the characteristic features of deformation of a discrete material: the influence of internal Coulomb friction and the manifestation of dilatancy at all stages from the beginning of loading to the onset of the limit state. The relations are formulated in the form adopted in the theory of plastic flow of material with a variable flow surface. This allowed us to use a well-tested apparatus of the theory of rigidity of a solid body to describe the process of deformation of a discrete material. To formulate the relations, new concepts of stresses and strains occurring on special conjugate planes, which are convenient for describing the deformation of a discrete material, have been introduced. The values of its variable parameters necessary for the use of the model in the engineering calculations are proposed to determine by the results of special laboratory tests of macro-samples of a specific material for biaxial compression in conditions of flat deformation.

    Quantum-mechanical approaches in evaluating the contact interaction of tribosystems

    The physical mechanisms of the formation and transformation of corpuscular-vortex-wave thermal complexes in contact tribosystems based on the quantum-mechanical exchange interaction in ensembles of identical quasiparticles are considered. The presence of contact discontinuity of two thermostats with different signs of absolute temperature determines the generation of pairs of quasiparticle perturbations stabilized along the wavelength in cooperation with photons of stimulated thermal radiation, and also in frequency in interaction with phonons. Internal instability and collapse processes in such a system of perturbations lead to the formation of defects in the material of the tribocouple and are the cause of emergency friction conditions. Specific technical examples of thermal complex generation during fretting, sliding and rolling friction, and cutting are given. A corpuscular-vortex-wave mechanism of selective transfer and hydrogen wear in tribosystems is proposed

    Wear resistance and physicochemical properties of 12XH3A carbohydrated steel

    The results of the study of anhydrous carbohydrogenation influence in a smoldering discharge on the microhardness of a hardened 12XH3A steel layer depending on the propane content and pressure of the gas environment are presented in the paper. In accordance with the developed methodology of studying the influence of technological parameters of the process of carbonylation on the properties of structural materials, optimal modes of hardening of 12XH3A steel, depending on the operating conditions have been found.
