Анотація
Викладено структуру та алгоритми програмного забезпечення, яке використовується для розрахунку
системи критеріїв для якісного оцінювання результатів азотування в тліючому розряді з розширеним
енергетичним діапазоном параметрів. За основу концепції теоретичного обґрунтування прийнято принцип
селекції енергетичного спектра падаючого потоку по енергетичним рівням, котрі відповідають оптимумам
певних субпроцесів, характерних для азотування в тліючому розряді. Теоретичною базою програмного
забезпечення служить енергетична модель процесу.
The structure and algorithms for the program of the analytical evaluation criteria for modifications in the glow discharge nitriding with extended power range are presented. The basis of the concept is the principle of the energy spectrum of the incident flux selection of energy levels. Energy levels graduation is corresponding to the limits in which the characteristic for the glow discharge nitriding elementary processes are possible. The theoretical basis of software is the energy model of the process. The basic idea of this model is that at any given time the energetically most favorable elementary processes are implemented. The calculation results confirm the fitness of software and acceptability of the concept of evaluation criteria.
