Розглянуто проблеми професійного зростання жінок як керівників в сучасних умовах розвитку підприємництва.
Йдеться про гендерні аспекти лідерства в професійній сфері, стереотипи, які існують в суспільстві щодо управлінської
діяльності жінок. Основна увага зосереджена на психологічних особливостях успішних жінок як ключових факторах їх
професійної позиції в економічних умовах розвитку сьогодення.
The article deals with the problem of professional development of women as leaders in modern conditions. It is about gender aspects of leadership in the professional field , stereotypes that exist in society concerning the management of women. The main focus is on the psychological features of successful women, as they play an important role in the formation and development of professional career female head. Given the advantages and disadvantages of women-the leader from the point of view of psychology of management. Proposed best solution to the issue of election to the office of director, in the management of the organization, among men and women.
