Анотація
В роботі розглянуті основи використання методу синтезу для автоматизованого проектування
технологічних процесів. Метод синтезу є універсальним методом, призначеним для проектування технологічних
процесів на деталі і складальні одиниці для будьяких
виробів. У основі методу синтезу лежать локальні типові
рішення. Метод синтезу можна використовувати як під час автоматизованого, так і ручного проектування
технологічних процесів механічної обробки. При цьому якість проектування мало залежить від кваліфікації
інженера, а визначається вмістом бази знань на основі маршрутів обробки елементарних поверхонь.
In the paper the basics of using synthesis method for automated design processes. The method is versatile synthesis method, appointed to design processes for parts and assembly units for all products. In the synthesis method are typical local solutions. The method of synthesis can be used both for automated and manual design with the technological processes of machining. The quality of the design was dependent on the skill of the engineer, as determined by the knowledge base content based on processing routes elementary surfaces.
