Анотація
Стаття присвячена проблемам забезпечення розвитку конкурентного потенціалу кластерів у регіонах України на
основі використання сучасних форм їх кадрового забезпечення. Розглянуто та узагальнено основні наукові підходи до
визначення сутності конкурентного потенціалу підприємства, визначено основні його елементні складові. Запропоновано
створити механізм підготовки власного кадрового потенціалу, використовуючи кластерну взаємодію підприємства та
навчальних закладів.
The article is dedicated to the problems of ensuring the development of the competitive potential of clusters in the regions of Ukraine on the basis of using the modern forms of their staffing. Examined and summarized the basic scientific approaches to determining the nature of the competitive capacity of enterprises, the main element of its components. To improve the mechanism for the formation of a highly developed human resources potential of domestic business structures, it is proposed to focus on the strategy of creating cluster interaction between enterprises and educational institutions. For this purpose, it was proposed to create a mechanism for preparing its own human resources, using the cluster interaction of the enterprise and educational institutions. In our opinion, the introduction of the system of cluster interaction with educational institutions, will be able to provide all participants of the cluster with highly professional and efficient personnel potential and, accordingly, competitive advantages.
