Анотація
В статті описано підхід до розв’язання задачі підбору оптимальної команди розробників з числа
студентів ІТспеціальностей
для виконання навчальних проектів з розробки програмного забезпечення. На основі
даних про навички та рівень підготовки потенційних кандидатів забезпечується підбір оптимальної команди за
вказаними критеріями та у відповідності до опису і вимог проекту. Описаний підхід реалізовано у вебсервісі
підтримки організації виробничих практик для студентів ІТ напрямків «praktiki.net».
In the article an approach for solving the problem of creating optimal development team from the students of IT specialties to perform training software development projects has been described. The approach takes in to account the level of skills of potential candidates, description and requirements of the project and ensured optimal selection criteria for project team creating. The approach was implemented in a web service «praktiki.net» that support organization of practical training for students of IT areas.
