Анотація
У статті розглядається процес становлення, розвитку транскордонного співробітництва між Україною та
Європейським Союзом, досліджуються основні форми, напрямки такої співпраці, перешкоди та переваги. Визначається роль
транскордонного співробітництва, яке є важливим не лише як інструмент розвитку прикордонних територій, а й як чинник
розвитку і стабільності економічної системи держави.
The article examines the process of formation, development of cross-border cooperation between Ukraine and the European Union, examines the main forms, directions of such cooperation, obstacles and advantages. Determined the role of crossborder cooperation, which is important, not only as an instrument for the development of border areas, but also as a factor in the development and stability of the state's economic system. The author analyzes the main problems of cross-border cooperation of Ukraine under the current conditions, analyzes the tasks, factors influencing the development of the border regions of Ukraine, as well as priorities. The author argues that the advantageous geopolitical placing of Ukraine has the considerable not realized potential in part of adjusting of general collaboration in her frontier territories in an economic complex; the accumulated world experience of effective cross-border collaboration of regions witnessed about his possibility realization in Ukraine by the input of row of international projects in her frontier areas in the different spheres of vital functions of society. It accordingly creates the real possibilities for an input and effective use of potential of Ukraine of cross-border collaboration as regions so countries on the whole. Development of cross-border collaboration has the opportunity accelerate the processes of smoothing of quality of life of population of frontier territories to the meddle European level and assist the achievement of free motion of commodities, people and capitals through a border. It assists mobilization of local resources and increase of efficiency of their use also, does possible to combine effort for the decision of general issues in a cross-border region.
