Анотація
У сучасному світі важливе значення надається технологіям, які окреслюють основні напрями розвитку високошвидкісних мереж, яким властиві особливості: формується попит на нові послуги у споживачів, що приносить доходи; розвиваються нові технології передачі, комутації та обробки інформації які дозволяють ефективно модернізувати такі мережі, істотно підвищивши конкурентоспроможність мобільних операторів. Це можливо досягти за рахунок переходу до мереж LTE, які підтримують широкий спектр інформаційних комунікаційних послуг. Технологія LTE ґрунтується на фундаментальній ідеї розподілу функцій комутації та функцій надання послуг, що дозволяє виконати впровадження глобальної інформаційної інфраструктури, що надає можливість всім користувачам отримати види послуг із високою якістю, належною вартістю у будь-якому місці та у будь-який час. Щоб забезпечити такі вимоги необхідна більш гнучка архітектура такої транспортної мережі, яка б легко підтримувала швидке введення в дію нових послуг та їх супроводження із визначеною достовірністю на всій глобальній мережі. Тому операторам надання сервісних послуг необхідно впроваджувати більш швидкісні та економічні технології, покращувати надання сервісних послуг, підвищувати просторову ефективність мереж, забезпечуючи збалансований розвиток послуг які надаються користувачам. На сьо-годні в Україні є всі можливості для розвитку LTE мереж, хоча доступ до вільних діапазонів частот для реалізації інновацій проблематичний. Сучасна ж LTE технологія дозволить підвищити ефективність, знизити затримки, розширити і вдосконалити сервісні послуги та легко інтегрується в уже існуючі протоколи передачі.
In the modern world important technologies that define the main directions of development of high-speed networks that are characterized by features: is the demand for new services in consumer income; develop new transmission technology, switching and information processing, which can effectively upgrade these networks, greatly increasing the competitiveness of the mobile operators. This is possible due to the transition to LTE networks that support a wide range of information communication services. Technology of LTE is based on fundamental idea of distribution of functions of commutation and functions of grant of services, which allows executing introduction of global informative infrastructure that gives possibility to all users to get the types of services with high quality, by the proper cost in any place and at any time. To provide such requirements more flexible architecture of such transport network, that easily would support rapid introduction in an action of new services and their accompaniment with certain authenticity on all global network, is needed. It is therefore necessary to inculcate more speed and economic technologies the operators of grant of service services, improve the grant of service services, promote spatial efficiency of networks, providing the balanced development of services that get to the users. For today in Ukraine there are all possibilities for development of LTE of networks, although access to the free ranges of frequencies for realization of innovations problematic. The modern LTE technology will improve efficiency, reduce delays, expand, perfect services and easily integrates with existing transfer proto-cols.
