Анотація
У статті розглянуто організаційно-методичні проблеми формування та діагностики ресурсного потенціалу підприємств. Досліджуються особливості здійснення процесів формування та оцінювання ресурсного потенціалу підприємства. Розроблено науково-методичний підхід до діагностики ресурсного потенціалу підприємства, який передбачає оцінку ефективності формування та рівня використання ресурсного потенціалу підприємства. Побудовано модель діагностики ресурсного потенціалу підприємства.
The article deals with organizational and methodical problems of formation and diagnostics of resource potential of enterprises. The peculiarities of realization of processes of formation and estimation of resource potential of the enterprise have been investigated. It was emphasized that the economic environment in which enterprises operate today are characterized by a significant increase in dynamism and uncertainty. The success of an enterprise under these conditions depends, first of all, on its resource potential, which determines the ability to flexibly adapt to changes in the environment of its activities, and this, in fact, is a matter of enterprise strategy. The scientific-methodical approach to the diagnostics of the resource potential of the enterprise has been developed, which provides an assessment of the effectiveness of the formation and level of utilization of the resource potential of the enterprise. The model of the diagnostics of the resource potential of the enterprise was constructed. Unlike the existing one, the proposed model contains preparatory and calculated analytical stages. The basis of the diagnosis is the improved procedure for assessing the elements of the resource potential of the enterprise.
