dc.description.abstractНа основі порівняння розподілу показників розвитку людського потенціалу та ефективності економічних систем обґрунтовано залежність між розвитком людського капіталу та потенціалом реалізації міжнародних бізнеспроектів в межах критеріїв і диференціації приналежності країн до індустріального типу та економіки знань. Визначено чинники формування конкурентоспроможності людського капіталу за рівнем впливу демографічного відтворення населення, його доходів, структури економіки, ефективності регуляторного апарату та здатності подолати корупцію.uk_UA
dc.description.abstractThe dependency between human potential development and international businessprojects realization potential in the framework of criteria and differentiation of countries belonging to the industrial type and knowledge economy is proved based on the comparison of distribution of indicators for human potential development and economic systems efficiency. The factors shaping human capital competitiveness in terms of the impact of population demographic reproduction, its income, economic structure, the effectiveness of the regulatory apparatus and the ability to bridge corruption are defined in the article. The consumption multiplier is defined as a source of effects forming and is proposed to be encouraged by increasing the revenue level of human capital carriers by realization the scenarios of productivity increasing under knowledge economy and human capital forming on the base of innovations and intellectual work.uk_UA
