Анотація
У статті обґрунтовано необхідність дослідження задоволеності персоналу як фактору якості його роботи. Дослідження ступеня задоволеності персоналу на підприємстві ТОВ «ЛІТМА» здійснено за допомогою методу соціологічного опитування та анкетування. Задоволеність працівників оцінено для різних категорій персоналу та вікових груп. Результати проведеного дослідження засвідчили найбільшу відносну задоволеність роботою у працівників до 30 років, а також більший середній ступінь задоволеності у жінок, ніж у чоловіків. Найбільше незадоволення було спричинено гігієнічними чинниками мотивації. Аналіз стану трудової активності персоналу на ТОВ «ЛІТМА» показав достатньо високий її рівень. Основними факторами підвищення трудової активності були визначені моральне і матеріальне стимулювання. Обґрунтовано необхідність проведення регулярного оцінювання рівня задоволеності персоналу підприємства з метою виявлення недоліків в управлінні персоналом та розроблення напрямів з його удосконалення.
The article substantiates the need to study staff satisfaction as a factor in the quality of their work. The problem of assessing staff satisfaction through the prism of motivational theories is relevant in connection with the transformation of values and the shift of emphasis to higher-level needs, taking into account the ratio of effort to result and the value of reward, overcoming injustice in the distribution of workload or remuneration, and the need to apply appropriate motivation methods for highly qualified employees. The purpose of the sociological study in the work was to determine the degree of satisfaction of the company's staff and develop practical recommendations for personnel management aimed at improving the quality of employees' work. The study of the degree of staff satisfaction at the enterprise "LITMA" LLC was carried out using the method of sociological surveys and questionnaires. Employee satisfaction was assessed for different categories of staff and age groups. The results of the study showed the greatest relative job satisfaction among employees under 30 years of age, as well as a higher average degree of satisfaction among women than among men. The greatest dissatisfaction was caused by hygienic factors. Analysis of the state of labor activity of personnel at "LITMA" LLC showed a fairly high level of it. The main factors for increasing labor activity were identified as moral and material incentives. Analysis of the factors of importance of work showed that the main effective factors are high wages, favorable working conditions, favorable psychological climate, independence in performing work, degree of innovation and the opportunity to communicate with colleagues. The results of the study showed the need to influence job satisfaction indicators, which will allow successfully reducing staff turnover, increasing the level of discipline, and improving the climate in the team. It is proposed to conduct regular assessments of the level of staff satisfaction in order to identify shortcomings in personnel management and develop areas for its improvement. The main directions for increasing the level of staff satisfaction have been formulated, namely: a combination of material and non-material motivational incentives; taking into account the value orientations of employees; coordination of the goals of employees and the enterprise; strengthening the social component of motivation.
