Анотація
Досліджено особливості управління якістю продукції на підприємствах як складової операційного менеджменту.
Розглянуто основні аспекти проблеми якості; поняття управління якістю та системи якості; функції управління якістю; роль
системи якості в системі управління підприємством. Обґрунтовано доцільність використання сертифікованих на відповідність
міжнародним стандартам ISO 9000 систем менеджменту якості на підприємствах для підвищення ефективності їх діяльності.
The features of product quality management at enterprises as a component of operational management have been investigated in the article. The main aspects of the quality problem, concept of quality management and quality system, quality management functions, the role of the quality system in the enterprise management system have been considered. Particular attention was paid to the composition of functions of product quality management, which form a "loop of quality". Among them we can distinguish a policy in the field of quality; quality planning; training and motivation of staff; organization of work on quality; quality control; information about product quality, market needs and scientific and technological progress; development of necessary measures; decision-making by the management stuff of the enterprise; implementation of measures; interaction with the external environment (with suppliers, consumers, government agencies). The article substantiates the expediency of using quality management systems certified in accordance with ISO 9000 international standards for increasing the efficiency of their activities. According to the author, the quality system is a set of structures that relate to various areas of the enterprise, have the greatest impact on the quality of performing their functions by established methods using the necessary resources. In addition, the quality system includes the activity by which the enterprise sets goals and defines the main processes and resources for achieving them. Implementation of the quality management system is possible only as a component of the management system of the whole enterprise.
