Анотація
У статті визначено сутність понять «розвиток» та «стратегічний розвиток» підприємства, встановлено, що
основним фактором стратегічного розвитку промислового підприємства є інвестиції в людський капітал. Обґрунтовано
сутність, цілі і напрями інвестування в людський капітал промислового підприємства, наведені форми здійснення інвестицій
у людський капітал.
In the article defined the essence of the concepts "development" and "strategic development" of the enterprise, found that the main factor in the strategic development of industrial enterprise is investing in human capital. Grounded the essence, purpose and direction of investing in industrial enterprises human capital, presented forms of investing in human capital. Found that investing in personnel development is a fundamental factor in industrial enterprise strategic development as interested in the results of their work employees are interested in the performance of the whole enterprise. Therefore, all their activities, including management, aimed at ensuring the sustainable development of industrial enterprises including in the strategic perspective.
