Анотація
В статті досліджено сутність трудового потенціалу підприємства. Досліджено зв'язок потенціалу підприємства та
його працюючих. Окреслено основні методи оцінки потенціалу окремого працівника. Визначено переваги та недоліки
розглянутих методик. Окреслено перспективи їх використання для оцінки потенціалу підприємства. Обґрунтовано
доцільність оцінки ефективності використання трудового потенціалу. Запропоновано розраховувати індикатори оцінки
трудового потенціалу за показниками фінансової та статистичної звітності.
The article explored the essence of labour potential of the enterprise. The connection between the potential of the enterprise and its employees is investigated. The internal and external factors of influence on the state of labour potential are considered. Outlines the main methods for evaluating the potential of an individual employee. The advantages and disadvantages of the considered methods of evaluating the labour potential of individual workers are determined. Outlines the prospects of their use to assess the potential of the company. Prospects of their use for estimating the potential of the enterprise are outlined. The expediency of estimation of efficiency of employment of labour potential is substantiated. It is proposed to calculate indicators of estimation of labour potential according to indicators of financial and statistical reporting. Two approaches to the estimation of efficiency of employment of labour potential are determined: resource-effective, social. The system of indicators of efficiency based on theories of enterprise development is proposed.
