dc.description.abstractУ статті досліджується процес формування та сутність податкової політики України за роки незалежності. Проведено порівняльний аналіз податкових політик США, Євросоюзу, країн, що розвиваються та України. Проаналізовано найважливіші проблеми розвитку податкового сектору та зміст нової податкової реформи в Податковому кодексі України на 2015 р.uk_UA
dc.description.abstractThe article is to analyze the tax system of Ukraine, the main achievements and failures of its tax policies since independence, and especially in recent years, the definition of the main problems in the field of taxation and search of strategic priorities of reforming the tax system in the new political reality. The article examines the formation and nature of tax policy in Ukraine since independence. A comparative analysis of tax policy the US, the EU, developing countries and Ukraine. Analyzed the major problems of the tax sector and content of the new tax reform in the Tax Code of Ukraine for 2015. So, today in Ukraine has a very complex tax system, in which there are three important drawbacks: First, it does not stimulate economic development in the country and leads to a significant toning economy, the second - is not conducive to business development, and in some cases even prevents, and thirdly - creates unfavourable conditions for the inflow of investments.uk_UA
