Анотація
У статті здійснено дослідження проблеми фахової підготовки учителів технологій у ВНЗ України та окреслено існуючі на сьогоднішній день напрямки її постановки і розв’язання. Розглядаються чинники, що мають вплив на підготовку майбутніх учителів технологій і мають основоположне значення у контексті вибору підходів до її реалізації. Наведено точки зору що до доцільності застосування того чи іншого підходу у підготовці фахівців на підставі аналізу праць провідних науковців цієї галузі. Виокремлено та детально охарактеризовано низку сучасних основоположних підходів до підготовки майбутніх учителів технологій у вищому навчальному закладі. Описано можливості реалізації того чи іншого з запропонованих підходів під час проектування її змісту, технології навчання зокрема та в цілому у системі професійної підготовки.
The article studies the problem of professional training of technology teachers in Ukrainian universities. It is established that for today there are two directions of its formulation and solution: devoted to the genesis of the preparation of future technology teachers; characterized by the development of content, forms and methods of forming theoretical knowledge and pedagogical skills that reveal the logic and patterns of training future technology teachers. The factors influencing the preparation of future technology teachers are considered and are of fundamental importance in the context of the choice of approaches to its implementation. We attributed to such factors: dynamic development of technologies in all branches of production, integration of education of Ukraine into the European educational space, new approaches to the organization of education in the senior school. The points of view of expediency of application of this or that approach in preparation of experts on the basis of the analysis of works of leading scientists of this branch are resulted. A number of modern basic approaches to the training of future technology teachers in a higher educational institution are singled out and described in detail: systemic, synergetic, acmeological, competence, personality-activity, contextual and eventual. The possibilities of implementing one or other of the proposed approaches in the design of its content, the technology of training in particular and in general in the vocational training system are described.
