Стаття присвячена проблемам комплексного дослідження конкурентоспроможності людського
капіталу та персоналу підприємства. Розкрито показники конкурентоспроможності працівників залежно
від унікальності споживної вартості товару робоча сила на ринках праці та особливості кадрової стратегії і кадрової політики підприємства.
Analysis of the concept of competitiveness of the enterprise personnel in the labor market, the definition of motivational factors of human capital. The article is devoted to a comprehensive study of the problems of competitiveness of human capital and enterprise personnel. The competitiveness indicators of workers depending on the uniqueness of the use-value commodity labor power in the labor markets and of the features of HR strategy and personnel policy revealed. The competitiveness of the enterprise in terms of the use of human capital is based on the determination of the level of competitiveness of the control system and directly controlled.
