Анотація
У статті представлено дослідження особливостей «прокрастинації» як психологічного феномену, проаналізовано психологічні особливості цього феномену. Розглянуто праці вчених, які досліджували цю проблему і на що саме вони вказували у своїх дослідженнях. Визначені причини прояву цього синдрому у людини і зазначено способи корекції. Розроблено рекомендації щодо подолання схильності до прокрастинації.
The article presents the study of the features of "procrastination" as a psychological phenomenon, and analyzes the psychological features of this phenomenon. The works of scientists who have researched this problem and what they have pointed out in their research are considered. The causes of the manifestation of this syndrome in humans are identified and the ways of correction are indicated. Recommendations have been developed to overcome the procrastination tendency.
