dc.description.abstractIn the article the economic substance and nature of occurrence and impact of the tax debt on the economy. Determined that the tax debt is a socio-economic problem, because the lack of revenue leads to a reduction in the potential of the state to invest in the economy and build human capital. The latter is one of the factors of market strain across the country and weakening national positions in international competition. Considered independent source of payment of the tax debt and the dynamics of the tax debt to the state budget for the years 2013-2014.uk_UA
