Анотація
Визначено напрями підвищення конкурентоспроможності людського капіталу в умовах потенційного
наближення до функціонування економіки на принципах суспільства знань. Визначено сприятливі чинники
впровадження заходів з підвищення конкурентоспроможності людського капіталу у формі високого рівня розвитку
системи середньої та вищої освіти. Обґрунтовано комплекс чинників що не сприяють формуванню
конкурентоспроможності людського капіталу та позиції України в межах парадоксу часткових реформ.
Запропоновано механізм управління конкурентоспроможністю людського капіталу в системі детермінант
економіки знань на рівні держави.
The ways of increasing the competitiveness of human capital in a potential approach to the economy on the basis of the knowledge society . Favorable factors determined implementation of measures to improve the competitiveness of human capital in the form of a high level of development of secondary and higher education. Grounded set of factors that do not contribute to the formation of human capital and competitiveness of Ukraine's position within the paradox of partial reforms. The mechanism competitiveness management of human capital in the system determinants of knowledge economy at the state level . However, within the areas of proposed recommendations competitiveness of human capital should be directed to overcome the impact of negative factors, which involves the formation of an extensive database reproduction among carriers of human capital, through the promotion of territorial mobility and urbanization , as well as the formation of an institutional system to form a knowledge economy sector investments in human capital and innovative mechanisms for the formation of the labor market.
