dc.description.abstractВ умовах сучасного виробництва продукції садівництва виробнику, приймаючи як оперативні, так і перспективні управлінські рішення, необхідно мати системне уявлення процесу вирощування плодових культур та враховувати більшу, ніж раніше, кількість невизначених факторів. Першим кроком в процесі прийняття оптимальних рішень є системний аналіз функціонування об’єкта, що досліджується, з подальшою його формалізацією. В статті виробничий процес в садівництві розглядається з позицій системного підходу. Системний підхід дає можливість уявити перебіг процесів в найбільш загальній формі, так як розбиття системи на компоненти здійснюється довільно і залежить від мети дослідження. В ході дослідження визначено елементи досліджуваної системи та запропоновано використання індексного методу для оцінки взаємозв’язків у системі. Даний метод дозволяє оцінити характер взаємозв’язків між елементами системи, а також сукупний вплив групи елементів на окремий елемент системи.uk_UA

In the conditions of modern production of horticultural products, the manufacturer, making both operational and long-term management decisions, it is necessary to have a systematic view of the process of growing fruit crops and take into account more than before, a number of uncertain factors. The first step in the process of making optimal decisions is a systematic analysis of the functioning of the object under study, with its subsequent formalization. In the article the production process in horticulture is considered from the standpoint of a systematic approach. The system approach makes it possible to imagine the course of processes in the most general form, as the division of the system into components is arbitrary and depends on the purpose of the study. It is only important that the chosen system adequately reflects the processes occurring in production. During the study, the elements of the studied system were identified. The characteristics of the elements are described. The use of the index method is proposed to assess the relationships between the elements of the system. The horticultural system is a complex set of economic phenomena, and the connections can be different: significant and insignificant, permanent and temporary, accidental and necessary, etc. At different points in time, the influence of one element on another can be both positive and negative or even neutral that is, we have a situation of uncertainty. Therefore, the impact occurs with a certain probability, which is determined on the basis of empirical data. The index method allows you to assess the nature of the relationships between the elements of the system, as well as the total impact of a group of elements on a single element of the system. The levels of general influence on each element of the system are determined in the work. The group connectivity index and the system cohesion index are also determined. By dividing the system into elements, the system approach allows to reduce the process of solving a large complex problem to the process of step-by-step solution of less complex interconnected problems, but with a greater degree of detail of the decisions made. The results of the application of the index method allow to identify problems that need to be addressed as a matter of priority.uk_UA
