dc.description.abstractПроведено дослідження сучасних тенденцій розвитку недержавних пенсійних фондів як інституційних інвесторів на фінансовому ринку України. Проаналізовано основні причини недостатнього розвитку даних інститутів-інвесторів, на основі чого обґрунтовано необхідність зміни рівня фінансової обізнаності або фінансової грамотності як індивідуальних, так і корпоративних інвесторів в НПФ.uk_UA
dc.description.abstractThe analysis of modern trends in the development of non-state pension funds (NPF) as the institutional investors in the financial market of Ukraine. Conducted research of impact NPF on the national economy, which is determined by their ability to be a significant source of support for social standards and at the same time the accumulator investment resources. It is proved that a positive impact on Ukraine's economy and the development of NPF intensify their investment activities manifested through: the development of the national stock market; the formation of additional sources of long-term lending to the economy; software decline volume in the shadow economy; providing the opportunity to increase budget revenues in the future. Ascertained about that although the NPF as institutional investors act and a powerful accumulator of investment resources of other institutions, investors, and active contributor of resources in various financial instruments in the financial market, they development is impossible without a change in the level of financial literacy of both individual and corporate investors, characterized by a lack of knowledge and skills necessary to make appropriate investment decisions.uk_UA
