У статті розглянуто основні форми мотивації персоналу та їх особливості за кордоном. Визначено недоліки
мотивації персоналу на українських підприємствах та зроблено висновок про доцільність впровадження зарубіжного
досвіду.
The aim of the article is to study the contents of the main forms of motivation abroad, as well as identifying and implementing the most effective methods for domestic enterprises. The article discusses the basic shape motivation and their features abroad. Detected deficiencies motivation in Ukrainian enterprises and concluded whether the introduction of foreign experience. All people have with their individual needs and requires individual approach to them. So we have to engage in a process of motivation in domestic enterprises experience of foreign colleagues.
