dc.description.abstractThe characteristic of the status and trends of domestic engineering. The attention the need for certification and process engineering companies to enter the EU markets. Indicated the necessity to use the concept of TQM in the preparation and implementation of certification procedures. Reveals opportunities discussed approaches, principles and tools concept TQM (total quality management) tasks in the context of the implementation of the European vector of domestic engineering companies. Conditions are specified and the efficient use of TQM tools in engineering. Argued the feasibility of using the principles of TQM concepts and approaches to innovation management machine-building enterprises of Ukraine.uk_UA
