Анотація
У статті розглядаються питання екфразису як категорії інтерсеміотики, його ролі у експлікації концептів мистецтва та шляхів реалізації змісту концептів мистецтва засобом мовної метафори. Окреслюється роль метафори як міждисциплінарної ланки у розкритті сутності і концептів мистецтва відповідно до сучасного синергетичного підходу у дослідженні мовних явищ.
The article dwells on disclosing the notion of ekphrasis as the intersemiotic phenomenon. It’s role in explication of the art concepts by means of language metaphor comes to the fore. The function of metaphor as an instrument for implementing the meaning and concepts of art is described in the article. Interdisciplinary instrumental power of metaphor is disclosed in accordance with synergetic approach in the context of modern art in combination with linguistic researches. In accordance with synergetic approach ekphrasis is perceived as intersemiotic notion disclosing the ideas and concepts of art with the help of linguistic means. Due to its instrumental power metaphor performs an active role in disclosing the concepts of modern art. Conceptual system of any individual is metaphorically organized and plays a vital role in determining realities of a daily life. Metaphor in art discourse is a means of world perception and cognition, it helps to explicate realities and tendencies of modern art. Metaphor as a cognitive instrument is a building material of conceptual picture of the world, which acts in combination with language and thinking. Concepts in their turn embodied in language thanks to metaphors are the units containing information about realities of life and art. Conceptual metaphor as a basic element of cognition is considered to be a container of content and becomes available for our perception due to its linguistic embodiment – metaphor as the explicit form of art concepts. In the context of art discourse metaphor realizes its dualistic function belonging both to linguistic and art spheres disclosing the ideas and concepts of art with linguistic means. Functional, cognitive and synergetic approaches are the basis for interpreting the dualistic nature of metaphor.
