Анотація
В статті наведено результати досліджень щодо удосконалення ефективності організаційної культури сучасного
підприємства методами швидкого маневрування, розвитку різних форм взаємодії, активізації менеджменту знань, посилення
корпоративної відповідальності та моральної доброчесності. Виділено основні методи зміни культури підприємств,
узагальнено наукові підходи до їх розуміння.
In the article the results of researches are resulted in relation to the improvement of efficiency of organizational culture of modern enterprise by the methods of the rapid manoeuvring, development of different forms of co-operation, activation of management of knowledges, strengthening of corporate responsibility and moral good works. The basic methods of change of culture of enterprises are selected, generalized scientific going near their understanding.
