Розглянуто сутність основних підходів до процесу прийняття управлінських рішень. Визначено їх основні характеристики. Розроблено структурну схему процесу прийняття управлінського рішення. Встановлено взаємозв’язок між стадіями процесу прийняття управлінських рішень, його етапами та основними підпроцесами . Наведено стислу характеристику змісту кожного етапу
This paper has considered the essence of the core approaches to decision making. The authors define the main features of decision making. They also created a block diagram of the process of decision-making. The interrelation between the stages of decision-making, its main benchmarks, and its sub-processes are identified. There is also a brief description provided of the content of each stage in the decision making process.
