Анотація
В статті розкрито сутність, причини і напрямки сучасної трудової міграції населення України, визна- чено фактори, що стимулюють або зменшують бажання мігрувати. Представлено можливі ситуа- ції трудової експлуатації, ризики стати жертвою торгівлі людьми. Запропоновано на рівні держави визначати складову міграційного потоку, що зменшить ризик траффікінгу.
The article dials with causes and trends of modern Ukraine labor migration. The reasons that stimulate or reduce the desire to migrate are defined. Possible situations of labor exploitation and risks of becoming a victim of trafficking are presented. The auther suggest to determine the component of the migration flow on the state level to reduce the risk of traffiсking.
